These courses are being conducted in cooperation with the International Code Council.
Each one-day Inspection seminar provides 8.0 continuing education hours (0.8 CEUs, 8.0 PDHs), and the Plan Reading seminar provides 2.5 continuing education hours (0.25 CEUs, 2.5 PDHs).
The Structural Welding Inspection webinar on May 8 & 9, 2010 also provides 8.0 continuing education units (0.8 CEUs, 8.0 PDHs), and is approved for ICC certification renewal and for transition from the 85 to the S2 certification. You must participate in both days of the webinar to receive credit.
All SSTC inspection seminars are approved for ICC certification renewals.
AWS Certified Welding Inspectors: SSTC seminars count toward AWS CWI renewal under AWS standard QC1:2007.

Structural Welding: Design and Specification
a one-day seminar on the design and specification of welding for steel-framed structures using the AWS D1.1-2008 Structural Welding Code - Steel, the AISC 2005 Specification for Structural Steel Buildings, and the AISC 2005 Seismic Provisions. It will also include previews into pending changes in the above specifications, and reveal related areas of research and developments in structural welding.

seminar on the inspection of steel-framed buildings under the AISC Specification
for Structural Steel Buildings, the AISC Code of Standard Practice, and the
International Building Code, and on the inspection of high-strength bolted
joints under the RCSC Specification for Structural Joints Using ASTM A325 or
A490 Bolts

structural design, erection and shop drawings for steel-framed buildings
